Refund policy
At Dirt or Death Inc., we want you to be happy with your gear.
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags attached.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Undergarments or hygiene-related items
- Items not in original condition
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at info@dirtordeath.com. Please include your order number and photos if possible. If approved, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
Change-of-Mind Returns & Exchanges
For size, style, or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply in some cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available based on stock. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Refunds apply to the item price only.
